Track Your Order
Thank you for shopping with The Gamer's Vault! We know you're excited to receive your new Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, One Piece, Flesh and Blood, or other TCG treasures. Here's how to keep an eye on your order.
Once your order ships, we'll send you an email containing your tracking number. This usually happens within 1 business day of your purchase. Please check your inbox (and spam folder, just in case!) for this important update.
You can also find your tracking information by logging into your account on our website. Once logged in, simply navigate to your "Orders" section, and you'll see the tracking details for your recent purchases.
Tracking Updates and Delays
It's rare, but sometimes a tracking number might appear to stop updating. Most often, this is due to a temporary delay in scanning by the shipping carrier, especially USPS. Don't worry!
- If your tracking information hasn't updated in a while, we recommend waiting 48 hours. Often, the package is still in transit and will update soon.
- If, after 48 hours, your tracking still shows no movement or an unusual status, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
