Our Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Gamer's Vault, we want you to be thrilled with your purchases, whether you're cracking open a new booster box or adding a crucial single to your collection. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we're here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.

Sealed Product Returns

You can return most sealed products in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This includes items like booster boxes, pre-constructed decks, sealed accessory packs, and other factory-sealed merchandise. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Product must be in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition.
  • Return initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Full refund of product cost (minus original shipping).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Individual Singles & Opened Product

Due to the fluctuating market value and collectible nature of individual cards, all sales of individual singles (e.g., loose cards) are final. Similarly, opened products (such as booster packs that have been opened, deck boxes without their original seal, or accessories that have been used) are also final sale. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your order arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us immediately! For claims of products damaged during shipping, we require:

  • A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Notification to our team within 7 days of delivery.

Once we verify the damage, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact our customer service team at info@thegamersvault.com. Please include your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return policy conditions, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
