Order Processing & Handling
At The Gamer's Vault, we understand you're eager to receive your new cards and accessories! That's why we strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer reliable shipping services within the United States primarily through USPS First-Class Mail for smaller, lighter packages and USPS Priority Mail for heavier or larger orders. You'll be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout, with estimated delivery times provided.

International Shipping
The Gamer's Vault is proud to ship to our international customers! Please note that international shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Packaging Your Order
We take great care in packaging your valuable cards. Single cards are individually placed in soft sleeves, then secured in rigid top loaders, and finally shipped in sturdy, rigid mailers to prevent bending or damage during transit. Larger items and sealed products are carefully packed with appropriate protective materials.
Undeliverable Packages
In the event a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, failure to claim the package, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Lost in Transit Claims
While rare, packages can sometimes get lost during transit. If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at info@thegamersvault.com. We can initiate a lost package claim with the shipping carrier after:
- 21 days from the shipping date for domestic orders.
- 45 days from the shipping date for international orders.
